Andrew L. Schwartz

From Prosecutor to Defense Attorney

Andrew L. SchWartz

Andrew L. Schwartz Criminal Defense Lawyer

After many years of working as a prosecutor, I realized my strengths and desires were more in line with defending people’s rights than with prosecuting defendants. I earnestly wanted to help defend those rights guaranteed by the Constitution. I understand that most people who have been charged with a crime are not bad people; they have just found themselves in a bad situation. Today, I use the knowledge gained as a Prosecutor to go to bat for my clients.

Experience You Can Trust

When I accept a criminal defense case, I do whatever it takes to build a strong defense. Your future, your rights, and your freedom are made possible by executing a strong defense. Whenever possible, I move to reduce or dismiss charges. If a negotiated settlement is not in your best interest, I will not hesitate to go to trial before a jury. I use successful strategies and knowledge developed during many years as a former prosecutor to provide what my clients need.
Through my broad experience inside and outside of the courtroom, I am able to provide efficient and effective legal services to obtain positive results. Whether you are seeking criminal representation, compensation for a personal injury case, or a resolution to a legal dispute, we will remain advocates for you throughout your case and never settle unless it is with your permission, and in your best interest. As skilled negotiators, our firm is prepared to take any case to trial.
